Composition:

Spagyric and/or homeopathic preparations of:

  • Acidum Nitricum 6X

  • Acidum sulfuricum 6X

  • Gratiola officinalis 4X

  • Hydrastis Canadensis 5X

  • Lachesis muta 8X

  • Lytta vesicatoria (Cantharis) 4X

  • Bellis perennis 1X

  • Glechoma hederacea MT

Keynotes:

  • Focal infection and/or toxicity

  • Inflammation and irritation of mucus and serous membranes, including GI tract, respiratory tract, and synovial membranes.

  • Tends to increase the aggressiveness of the excretion provoked by other remedies. Always used in combination with other Pekana remedies.

Dosage:

  • Generally not included in initial patient protocols.

  • 5 to 10 drops per dose for gentle provocation.

  • 25 drops twice daily for full effect after tolerance for remedy has been demonstrated by using lower dosage.

  • Very sensitive patients, such as autistic children and patients with a history of closed head injuries, will usually use Opsonat in the dosage range of 2 to 5 drops taken once or twice daily.

Duration of Use:

  • Use as long as needed to break up focal infection/toxicity.

  • If focus is not resolved within 2 months of use, consider switching remedies or adding sanPharma bacterial remedies to protocol.

Combines Well With:

  • Apo-Strum for thyroid detoxification.

  • Supren and Helmin for gut dysbiosis.

  • Apo-Stom and Apo-Enterit for irritable bowel syndrome.

  • Mundipur and Apo-Stom for biliary tree disorders.

  • Any combination of Pekana remedies, if the desire is to increase the aggressiveness of the detoxification process.

Generally Not Combined With:

  • When other provoking remedies are included in a remedy combination, such as Septonsil, Toxex, Specichol, or Ailgeno, usually Opsonat is not used at the same time.
